Dancing & nodding beneath a canopy of green leaves, the ruffled, skirt-like blooms of the Brugmansia fill the evening air with perfume. It is commonly called Angel's Trumpet, but I think it could have been called Ballerina's Tutu. All of the whites in this large painting are from the white of the paper; in transparent watercolor paintings, no white paint is used. This extra-large painting is floated in a natural wood gallery frame with UV conservation glass and archival mats.
